2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your pk7job account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 KYC Verification. pk7job reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk7job account login credentials, including your username, email address and password. pk7job will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

3.3 Shared Devices. You must not access your pk7job account from shared or public devices without ensuring that your session is properly terminated upon completion. pk7job recommends logging out of your account after every session on any device that is not your sole personal device.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your pk7job account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other person. Any transfer of account access, whether temporary or permanent, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pk7job accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk7job does not accept deposits from third-party accounts not registered in your name.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the pk7job platform at the time of transaction. These thresholds may be updated from time to time without prior notice beyond platform notification.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.1 Binding Bets. Once confirmed, a bet or wager placed on pk7job is final and binding. pk7job does not accept requests to cancel, void or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where pk7job determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred.
5.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market display or technical malfunction — pk7job reserves the right to void any affected bet or settle it at the correct terms. pk7job's determination of a manifest error is final.
5.3 Sporting Event Integrity. pk7job monitors betting patterns for evidence of irregular activity. Bets placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information or any form of sporting fraud will be voided and accounts suspended. pk7job cooperates with sporting integrity authorities where required.
5.4 Live Betting. Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Late bets placed after an event's conclusion due to connection delay or technical issues may be voided at pk7job's discretion. In-play bet acceptance is not guaranteed.
5.5 Casino & Live Games. All casino and live dealer games at pk7job are operated by certified third-party studios. Game rules applicable to each title govern play and are made available within the game interface. Casino game results are final once the relevant game round is completed.
6.1 Promotion Terms. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party system failures or circumstances beyond pk7job's reasonable control may result in temporary service disruption. pk7job will not be liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk7job excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use pk7job, regardless of whether pk7job has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Gambling Losses. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. pk7job accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by users of the platform. You assume full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made on pk7job.

11.2 Involuntary Suspension. pk7job reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason pk7job deems appropriate in connection with platform integrity and regulatory compliance.
11.3 Balance on Closure. Where an account is suspended or closed due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, pk7job reserves the right to withhold all or part of any account balance pending investigation. Any balance determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
pk7job reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk7job will notify registered members via their registered email address or through prominent notification on the pk7job platform. Your continued use of pk7job following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should cease using pk7job and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1 above.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.
